"In the Beginning" is a song that was born from a period of deep spiritual connection. In the fall of 2024, the singer had the opportunity to spend two months in solitude, dedicating herself to meditation and searching for divine inspiration. During this period, she felt melodies and lyrics flowing and "In the Beginning" came to her at that moment as a response to her meditation and spiritual connection. It is a song that describes who God is to the singer, not how people or religion say who He is.
"In The Beginning" begins with a contagious, soft melody, as if we were floating in the clouds, with backing vocals in the background that bring this vibrant atmosphere with an energy that brings peace. The synthesizer provides this experience that connects us strongly. Rebecca's vocals are wonderful, with a delicate timbre in some parts and in others she shows her power.
