RISE lança novo single "The Way You Make Me Feel" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado "Healing Hearts" e "Here I Am" no ano passado.
O RISE é composto por Alex Mahoney na bateria, Brian Petch nas guitarras e Paul Kinley nos sintetizadores. Para vocais e baixo, o RISE continuou suas colaborações com Sam Kinley, também conhecido como stayMellow
O tema da música foca no impacto positivo que relacionamentos de longo prazo de apoio têm no sentido do que as pessoas estão procurando umas nas outras e o fato de que elas provavelmente já têm isso. RISE releases new single "The Way You Make Me Feel" as their first release this year. Previously, they released "Healing Hearts" and "Here I Am" last year.
RISE is comprised of Alex Mahoney on drums, Brian Petch on guitars and Paul Kinley on synthesizers. For vocals and bass, RISE continues their collaborations with Sam Kinley, also known as stayMellow.
The theme of the song focuses on the positive impact that long-term supportive relationships have on what people are looking for in each other and the fact that they probably already have it. Paul Kinley commented, "Long term relationships require work and support to keep things on track. Situations change, people change, and in today's society everything seems to be instant response and instant gratification. I disagree with that approach in this context and fully support the notion (even if it's old-fashioned) of staying together and working on the relationship." Paul also added, "I used the lyric "you smile and life is OK" and it's something I truly believe in." The message in the song is to be thankful for the people around us who support us... they can sometimes be forgotten. Paul Kinley commented, "I feel like we all need a little positivity and I don't see anything wrong with that."
"The Way You Make Me Feel" has a nice melody to listen to, a striking and vibrant indie rock, with uplifting lyrics, the track wins us over because it's different for today in terms of the idea it conveys, that's unique.
"The Way You Make Me Feel" is strong, with a chorus that catches on and makes us sing along. Bringing together aspects of classic rock, 2000s rock and pop, the track quickly sticks in our minds and becomes addictive. The vocals are expressive, full of attitude and personality.
RISE has a strong instrumental that sets us on fire and makes rock run through our veins with a lot of vibration, it's a song that has everything to be a current anthem with very present guitar lines and strong beats enough to get the crowd off the ground.
