Dave Clark lança novo single "America" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado os singles "Eyes On The Road" e "Puddles and Water".

Com a maioria das músicas tratadas mais como uma mercadoria do que qualquer coisa, o artista  entregou uma música com uma mensagem mais pesada. Seus lançamentos anteriores foram pessoais, mas este é uma atualização da música "história" contada pelos olhos de um personagem fictício. Ainda tem um fundo acústico intrincado com toques eletrônicos e ritmos fortes transmitindo a mensagem central.

"America" tem uma melodia folk country com um toque de violão que traz esse estilo e batidas discretas que são elegantes e cativantes. O vocal tem o timbre sólido, como se tivesse contando uma história. Nossa mente é teletransportada para uma época distante, acompanhamos a história por dentro da música.

"America" tem questões na letra dizendo que algo na America morreu ou que perdeu seu brilho, fala também sobre pessoas que chegaram no país, com um tema que é atual e encaixa no contexto que vivemos, é a história sendo cantada.

Dave Clark releases new single "America" ​​​​his first work released this year. Previously, the singles "Eyes On The Road" and "Puddles and Water" had already been released.

His previous releases were personal, but this is an update of the "story" song told through the eyes of a fictional character. It still has an intricate acoustic background with electronic touches and strong rhythms conveying the central message.

"America" ​​has questions in its lyrics saying that something in America has died or lost its shine, it also talks about people who arrived in the country, with a theme that is current and fits into the context we live in, it is history being sung.
