Breakdowns or Breakthroughs é o nome do novo álbum de trabalho dos gênios do metal rock alternativo contemporâneo The7thGatekeepe, o disco tem 11 faixas todas com instrumental exímio e cheias de expressão.
A primeira faixa já chega com tudo, um rock bem performado com instrumental alinhado, um hino do rock metal moderno, cheio de intensidade e com vocais que conseguem evidenciar toda a energia que o bom metal deve ter, uma faixa que nos desperta a vontade de ouvir o restante do álbum.
A segunda canção é Paragon traz um rock que nos faz lembrar as músicas dos anos 90 e 00, quando tudo era autêntico cru e vibrante, quando o Rock tinha atitude e um instrumental de qualidade, essa faixa percorre nossas veias e atinge nosso coração.
