A talentosa cantora e compositora Sophia Stephens acaba se lançar seu novo e delicioso álbum,  um trabalho encantador e cheio de personalidade de indie pop 

Love & Grief é o nome do novo álbum de trabalho da genial e intensa Sophia Stephens,  com 10 faixas ela se mostra uma grande revelação do pop mundial.

A primeira faixa é a vibrante e já muito intensa e persuasiva Muscle Memory uma música ótima para iniciar o álbum,  dá do bastante destaque a vo única de Sophia, a forma única como a artista compõe, e nos envolve, já na primeira faixa amamos.

Outro grande destaque é a animada Enough is Enough,  uma música vibrante,  boa de celebrar,  uma canção feita para nos dar energia,  gruda em nossa mente e nos faz pular e cantar junto, é muito bem construída e é um hino do indie pop.

I'm Still Here é um outro grande single,  sentimental,  intenso, rico em arranjos, cheio de atitude e muito intimismo,  uma música que nos conecta aos nossos próprios sentimentos,  é muito linda e surpreendente,  pop com profundidade e muita inteligência,  cheio de qualidade e com vocais perfeitos.

Beatiful Lie encera esse álbum com chave de ouro, perfeita, viva, de letra que nos envolve,  e cria laços com a gente,  de ritmo único, de um pop que foge da mesmice,  é vibrante e autêntica,  mexe com a gente,  quebras de ritmos surpreendente. Nossa preferida do disco.
