Eric Alexandrakis releases his new single 'Home', his latest work. Previously, he had released the singles 'The Same Mistakes Again' and 'Silver Moon'.
The new work brings a moving melody that delves into themes of leaving pain behind and embracing happiness. Recorded in several locations, including Colorado and Greece, "Home" features drummer Ryan Hoyle and is mixed by Paul David Hager.
'Home' mixes something from country, western, and classic rock, it is a track full of mysteries, we want to get into the song, it sounds like something theatrical, taking us to environments never seen before. Eric provides an instigating, introspective vocal with whispers that make us feel like we are in this more western environment.
'Home' has a lively, strong, authentic melody, full of surprises in its arrangement, with guitar lines that electrify us. Going to the chorus, the track grows and infects us. The work is something cinematic, it could be in any movie with this style, a track about going home, going to where we find happiness.
Eric Alexandrakis manages to make a track that builds, a progressive rock that reaches its last part and explodes, with the guitar very present, an arrangement that infects us and then we sing along.
