Deltawelle releases new single 'My Own God', the first work released this year. Previously, the EP 'Sentiments' was released.
This song is about believing in yourself. How can you create a world that makes you happy and light? It's also about looking a little beyond your mistakes and using them to pave the way for something new. The new work arrives with a mix of indie rock and psychedelic pop, with retro vocals that take us to this authentic experience.
'My Own God' starts with agitated beats and a bass sound that is phenomenal, with the synthesizer in the background bringing something more psychedelic. The vocals come in with a solid, slightly dark tone, bringing a hallucinatory vibe to the ends of its verses that harmonizes with the sound.
'My Own God' has influences from the 80s and 90s, with each transition as if we were being abducted, with the sing-along chorus, it is a completely danceable and addictive alternative track, which makes us have a pleasant experience with a psychedelic, fresh and modern sound.
Deltawelle wins us over with its retro energy, the bass sound is sensational in meeting the distorted guitar riffs and darker sound effects, in a song that makes us look inside and seek an evolution in this anthem for indie rock.
