The Bad Shots lança novo EP 'Powder Keg' com 4 faixas sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado por eles.
O trio de rock alternativo baseado em Paris que acaba de lançar o primeiro EP 'Powder Keg'. As faixas são uma mistura explosiva de vibrações rock-punk-synth-melodic e nos faz ir de Pixies, Queens of the Stone Age a Elton John.
Para começar, tem a primeira canção 'Quarrels' um indie rock que tem uma energia vibrante. A introdução é fenomenal, nos conquistando com linhas de guitarra que nos envolvem completamente, com cordas que soam como um hino. De repente a guitarra incendeia nossas veias com uma força que é marcada pelas batidas fortes, descomunais e o vocal que rasga a gente com expressividade enorme, nos levando ao rock clássico. O EP começa com tudo!
A segunda faixa 'Synthetic Lives' nos eletriza com riffs desconcertantes, as batidas agitadas e o vocal que traz um refrão cantante, com um estilo que nos leva aos anos 90 e anos 2000, um som arrebatador que mescla algo do punk aqui.
O EP passa pela terceira faixa 'Hiding Place' um hino que já sentimos no começo, com uma sonoridade contagiante que já nos conquista no início, uma música leve e gostosa em sua parte instrumental, com vocais que acompanham a energia instrumental.
A quarta faixa 'Repentance' tem os toques de piano que trazem algo mais pop rock, aqui sentimos influências que lembram Elton John pelo estilo do piano e também o vocal grave, que trazem um pop rock fresco, um som diferente que mostra as variações que o trio The Bad Shots pode nos trazer e surpreende em seu trabalho de estreia 'Powder King'.

The Paris-based alternative rock trio has just released their first EP 'Powder Keg'. The tracks are an explosive mix of rock-punk-synth-melodic vibes and take us from Pixies, Queens of the Stone Age and Elton John.
To start, there's the first song 'Quarrels', an indie rock that has a vibrant energy. The intro is phenomenal, winning us over with guitar lines that completely envelop us, with strings that sound like an anthem. Suddenly the guitar sets our veins on fire with a force that is marked by strong, huge beats and vocals that tear us apart with enormous expressiveness, taking us to classic rock. The EP starts with everything!
The second track, 'Synthetic Lives', electrifies us with disconcerting riffs, fast-paced beats and vocals that bring a sing-along chorus, with a style that takes us back to the 90s and 2000s, a captivating sound that mixes something of punk here.
The EP moves on to the third track, 'Hiding Place', an anthem that we already feel from the beginning, with a contagious sound that wins us over right from the start, a light and pleasant song in its instrumental part, with vocals that accompany the instrumental energy.
The fourth track, 'Repentance', has touches of piano that bring something more pop rock, here we feel influences that remind us of Elton John in the piano style and also the deep vocals, which bring a fresh pop rock, a different sound that shows the variations that the trio The Bad Shots can bring us and surprise us in their debut work 'Powder King'.
