Francesca Pichierri lança novo single 'Gelo' sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado pela artista, sua faixa debute, que chega com muita autenticidade.
Francesca é uma artista independente do sul da Itália, está lançando o single de estreia GELO em 20 de setembro em conjunto com o Dia Mundial da Oncologia Ginecológica. Esta faixa marca o início do seu álbum conceitual, "Cellule Stronze" ("Células Maldosas" em inglês), que narra a história da jornada contínua de sua mãe com câncer de ovário e visa aumentar a conscientização sobre cânceres ginecológicos e a importância da prevenção. Francesca compôs e gravou "Gelo" em seu quarto de infância, arranjando e produzindo a faixa em colaboração com o produtor e músico italiano Stefano Iuso.
"Gelo" mergulha na turbulência emocional que acompanha notícias que mudam a vida, particularmente através das lentes de um diagnóstico de câncer. Com paisagens sonoras cinematográficas e letras poéticas, a música captura a tensão entre vulnerabilidade e resiliência. É um retrato íntimo de choque, descoberta e transformação, convidando os ouvintes a vivenciar a jornada profunda que muitos enfrentam.
'Gelo' tem um início delicado, com toques de piano, algo mais jazz, minimalista, que vai crescendo após a entrada do vocal de Francesca, que é aveludado, agudo, nos conquista. Ela vai nos levando, com as teclas de piano que vão crescendo e criando alteração da frequência do ritmo. As batidas entram, cativantes, criando uma atmosfera mais agitada.

Francesca Pichierri releases new single ‘Gelo’, the artist’s first full-length work, her debut track, which arrives with a lot of authenticity.
Francesca is an independent artist from Southern Italy, who is releasing her debut single GELO on September 20th in conjunction with World Gynecological Oncology Day. This track marks the beginning of her concept album, “Cellule Stronze” (“Evil Cells” in English), which tells the story of her mother’s ongoing journey with ovarian cancer and aims to raise awareness about gynecological cancers and the importance of prevention. Francesca composed and recorded “Gelo” in her childhood bedroom, arranging and producing the track in collaboration with Italian producer and musician Stefano Iuso.
“Gelo” delves into the emotional turmoil that accompanies life-changing news, particularly through the lens of a cancer diagnosis. With cinematic soundscapes and poetic lyrics, the song captures the tension between vulnerability and resilience. It is an intimate portrait of shock, discovery and transformation, inviting listeners to experience the profound journey that many face.
'Gelo' has a delicate beginning, with touches of piano, something more jazzy, minimalist, that grows after the entrance of Francesca's vocals, which are velvety, high-pitched, and captivate us. She takes us along, with the piano keys that grow and create a change in the frequency of the rhythm. The beats come in, captivating, creating a more agitated atmosphere.
Moving towards the chorus, the song becomes strong and powerful, striking, where Francesca lets her voice loose and infects us.
