Rita from Los Angeles releases new single 'Home Is Where The Heart Is', the second work released this year. Previously, the single 'Slow Dancing' had been released that year.
It's a happy, upbeat summer pop/rock song. The song is inspired by the magic one feels when falling in love while facing the challenges faced by same-sex immigration couples before same-sex marriage became legal in the US in 2015. The artist went through this in her life in 2007 with her wife and knows how to express the meaning of this in her song, after being forced to leave the USA in 2007.
'Home Is Where The Heart Is' arrives with a soft and pleasant sound, slow and discreet beats that are engaging, a very captivating guitar playing and a vocal that puts us into the song, singing with a delicate style that takes our mind back to the 80s.
