Contemporary Club lança novo single 'Plastic Dream' sendo o segundo trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o single 'Belong' nesse ano. A banda conta com 4 jovens estudantes, com Samuel Peters no vocal e composição, Jude Hall na guitarra, o produtor e baterista Jake Hawkins e o baixista George Finch.
'Plastic Dream' é uma balada indie rock no estilo do dia dos namorados que se concentra em rasgar os corações de dois amantes e querer fugir com alguém especial para escapar do mundo. As letras que contam histórias são apoiadas por riffs de guitarra sonhadores e vocais calmantes, porém combativos, para transportar o ouvinte em uma jornada ao seu próprio 'sonho plástico'.
O novo trabalho chega com uma introdução que já sabemos que se trata de um hino indie rock britânico, com riffs que nos conquistam fácilmente. O vocal entra e leva a música com seu estilo próprio, com expressividade que nos coloca dentro da faixa. Sentimos essa emoção e adrenalina vivida em um dia dos namorados turbulento como esse na história da faixa. É sobre deixar alguém para trás e começar um relacionamento com outra pessoa, uma história com fim melancólico para um, e muita emoção para dois.
Contemporary Club consegue trazer essa emoção para gente, sentimos a melancolia e ainda uma energia vibrante que incendeia nossas veias de um amor perigoso vivido nesse caso, é genial. O vocal solta a voz no refrão e nos faz cantar juntos.
'Plastic Dream' tem uma sonoridade forte e cheia de alternâncias, que fazem a música ser como uma montanha russa de emoções, os altos e baixos, um som crescente e ainda um solo arrebatador de guitarra. Esses são o Contemporary Club que chegam com tudo e representam muito bem o indie rock, esse é apenas o segundo trabalho da jovem banda que ainda tem muito futuro pela frente.

Contemporary Club releases new single 'Plastic Dream', the second work released this year. Previously, the single 'Belong' had been released that year. The band features 4 young students, with Samuel Peters on vocals and composition, Jude Hall on guitar, producer and drummer Jake Hawkins and bassist George Finch.
'Plastic Dream' is a Valentine's Day-style indie rock ballad that focuses on tearing apart the hearts of two lovers and wanting to run away with someone special to escape the world. The story-telling lyrics are backed by dreamy guitar riffs and calming yet combative vocals to transport the listener on a journey into their own 'plastic dream'.
The new work arrives with an introduction that we already know is a British indie rock anthem, with riffs that easily win us over. The vocals come in and lead the song with their own style, with expressiveness that puts us into the track. We feel this emotion and adrenaline experienced on a turbulent Valentine's Day like this in the track's history. It's about leaving someone behind and starting a relationship with someone else, a story with a melancholic ending for one, and a lot of emotion for two.
Contemporary Club manages to bring this emotion to us, we feel the melancholy and also a vibrant energy that ignites our veins with a dangerous love experienced in this case, it's brilliant. The vocals release the voice in the chorus and make us sing together.
'Plastic Dream' has a strong sound full of alternations, which make the song like a rollercoaster of emotions, highs and lows, a growing sound and even a sweeping guitar solo. These are the Contemporary Club that arrive with everything and represent indie rock very well, this is only the second work of the young band that still has a lot of future ahead of it.
