Candlewax lança novo single 'Dimming Glow' sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado por eles.
Para o primeiro show do Candlewax, eles conseguiram fazer com que uma sala inteira de fãs hardcore mudasse do two-step para o psych trance. A dinâmica e capacidade de cativar uma sala em sua cidade natal os levaram a Nashville para o segundo show com o lendário experimental Flummox e o trio psicológico pesado The Swell Fellas. A história deles no thrash metal e amor por tudo que é funk, punk e indie os levaram em uma direção que cativou o interesse do guitarrista do All Them Witches, Ben McLeod, que gravou e produziu o primeiro disco em seu estúdio em St. Mergulhe em “Dimming Glow”, o single de estreia do próximo EP.
'Dimming Glow' tem uma introdução bem interessante e misteriosa. Logo entram as batidas ao estilo punk para fazer a gente pular e riffs de guitarra que são incendeiam a gente por dentro.
'Dimming Glow' mostra a força da banda, que nos leva para um refrão explosivo que contagia e nos faz cantar juntos. A faixa consegue flutuar bem entre o punk rock e o stoner rock, com riffs de guitarra que traz o rock punk dos anos 80 em um hino atemporal.
'Dimming Glow' é a primeira faixa dos caras, que mostra o poder deles como uma banda em um single rock que tem trechos psicodélicos, tudo o que precisa para nos fazer fixar alucinados.

Candlewax releases new single 'Dimming Glow', the first work released by them.
For Candlewax's first show, they managed to get an entire room of hardcore fans to switch from two-step to psych trance. The dynamic and ability to captivate a room in their hometown took them to Nashville for the show with legendary experimental Flummox and heavy psych trio The Swell Fellas. Their history in thrash metal and love of all things funk, punk and indie took them in a direction that caught the interest of All Them Witches guitarist Ben McLeod, who recorded and produced the first record at his studio in St. Louis. “Dimming Glow”, the debut single from the upcoming EP.
'Dimming Glow' has a very interesting and mysterious introduction. Then punk-style beats come in to make us jump and guitar riffs that fire us up inside.
'Dimming Glow' shows the strength of the band, which takes us to an explosive chorus that is contagious and makes us sing along. The track manages to fluctuate well between punk rock and stoner rock, with guitar riffs that bring 80s punk rock into a timeless anthem.
'Dimming Glow' is the guys' first track, which shows their power as a band in a rock single that has psychedelic parts, everything it needs to make us stare in awe.
The sound of the guitar is breathtaking, sending a lot of adrenaline through our veins. Candlewax rocks in this debut work that shakes us from beginning to end.
