BryanYurcan lança novo EP 'Round The Bend' sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o single 'Come All Ye Heavy Laden (Demo)' no ano passado.
O novo trabalho chega com um som acústico que flutua entre o folk, o rock, com uma suavidade instrumental e o vocal que nos leva para diferentes ambientes, em 4 faixas sensacionais. Diretamente de Nova Jersey para o mundo, vamos mergulhar em suas faixas.
Para começar, tem a primeira canção 'Autumn Leaves (Of New Jersey)', um acústico bem suave com os acordes de violão, faz a gente flutuar como uma folha sendo levada pela brisa. A canção tem uma melodia que lembra os anos 60 e 70, com um arranjo ao fundo que faz a canção crescer, com batidas lentas e envolventes. Tem um encontro entre o acústico e o rock clássico, algo que para ter ideia faz lembrar de Noel Gallagher, Oasis, Beatles, o indie rock, com um solo de guitarra que é vibrante.
A segunda canção 'One Lane Bridge' tem uma melodia acelerada que nos aquece com o violão sendo tocado com acordes que são contagiantes, mantendo um ritmo constante. O vocal mantem a suavidade na faixa, nos levando com seu timbre sólido. A faixa é incrível, nos faz imaginar pegar o carro e sair para viajar para o campo, interior, com paisagens bonitas no caminho, uma faixa que traz a sensação de liberdade e aventura ao mesmo tempo, uma música que nos faz cantar juntos e sentir a energia leve, com sons de teclas e batidas bem suaves.
'Water Tower (At The Edge Of Town)' talvez seja a faixa do EP, com sua peculiaridade, um som mais misterioso no começo com acordes de violão sendo tocado corda por corda, um estilo mais grunge anos 90 no início que surpreende. Aos poucos entram riffs de guitarra trazendo aquele rock clássico, sentimos aqui surgir um hino. A melodia é eletrizante, com o vocal mais introspectivo, somos levados nesse som que é genial, fluindo em nossas veias e jorrando a adrenalina de ouvir um rock nostálgico e que surpreende nas mudanças de ritmos.
'Banana Peel' é a quarta faixa, tem um som mais folk country, com uma melodia que faz a gente curtir um som como se fosse de um rodeio, é genial poder ir para longe, basta fechar os olhos e imaginamos um cenário do interior e todo o funcionamento e o cotidiano de uma cidade pequena. O som de violão combina perfeitamente com os riffs de guitarra ao fundo e o baixo que é espetacular. O vocal tem um estilo mais arranhado, nos contagiando e fazendo a gente cantar junto. O solo de guitarra incendeia nossas veias mesmo em um ambiente mais country.

BryanYurcan releases new EP 'Round The Bend' being the first work released this year. Previously, the single 'Come All Ye Heavy Laden (Demo)' had been released last year.
The new work arrives with an acoustic sound that fluctuates between folk and rock, with instrumental softness and vocals that take us to different environments, in 4 sensational tracks. Directly from New Jersey to the world, let's dive into your tracks.
To begin with, there's the first song 'Autumn Leaves (Of New Jersey)', a very soft acoustic with acoustic guitar chords, it makes us float like a leaf being carried by the breeze. The song has a melody reminiscent of the 60s and 70s, with an arrangement in the background that makes the song grow, with slow and engaging beats. There's a meeting between acoustic and classic rock, something that reminds you of Noel Gallagher, Oasis, Beatles, indie rock, with a guitar solo that's vibrant.
The second song 'One Lane Bridge' has an accelerated melody that warms us up with the guitar being played with chords that are contagious, maintaining a constant rhythm. The vocal maintains the smoothness of the track, carrying us with its solid timbre. The track is incredible, it makes us imagine getting in the car and going out to travel to the countryside, inland, with beautiful landscapes on the way, a track that brings the feeling of freedom and adventure at the same time, a song that makes us sing together and feel light energy, with very soft key sounds and beats.
'Water Tower (At The Edge Of Town)' is perhaps the track on the EP, with its peculiarity, a more mysterious sound at the beginning with guitar chords being played string by string, a more 90s grunge style at the beginning that surprises. Gradually guitar riffs enter, bringing that classic rock, we feel an anthem emerging here. The melody is electrifying, with the most introspective vocal, we are carried away by this sound that is brilliant, flowing through our veins and gushing the adrenaline of listening to nostalgic rock that surprises with the changes in rhythm.
'Banana Peel' is the fourth track, it has a more folk country sound, with a melody that makes us enjoy a sound as if it were a rodeo, it's great to be able to go far away, just close your eyes and we imagine a country scene and the entire functioning and daily life of a small town. The acoustic guitar sound combines perfectly with the guitar riffs in the background and the bass, which is spectacular. The vocal has a more scratchy style, infecting us and making us sing along. The guitar solo sets our veins on fire even in a more country setting.
Bryan Yurcan's new work is incredible, with 4 tracks that have their own identity and involve us in different stories and environments, an EP that takes us far away with a brilliant mix of acoustic folk and rock elements.
