The Dream Spiral lança o novo single "Redemption" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano, um indie rock expressivo com uma sonoridade que impacta e eletriza quem ama indie rock de qualidade.

The Dream Spiral faz parte do Brisbane Music Collective, um grupo de 5 pessoas que lançam músicas com diferentes nomes e gêneros. Na história da música moderna esta é a primeira vez e é ainda mais incrível pelo fato de haver apenas um compositor no grupo. The Dream Spiral representa o estilo indie rock/eletrônico da banda inspirado na era ‘Songs of Faith and Devotion’ do Depeche Mode e no Massive Attack ‘Blue Lines’.

‘Redemption’ é o primeiro single do próximo álbum de The Dream Spiral. A sensação da música é da era Songs of Faith and Devotion do Depeche Mode e é sobre desejo e pecado e como a insidiosidade da religião faz o humano se sentir culpado por sentir prazer. Com riffs marcantes e batidas que se assemelham ao samba, é genial esse casamento entre riffs stoner com batidas leves, é algo que U2 já experimentou em "Achtung Baby" e "Zooropa"  nos anos 90, uma sonoridade desafiadora e atemporal, nos faz sentir em um rock futurista com um vocal autêntico e que tem uma presença performática que é arrebatadora.

"Redemption" é para aqueles que querem se libertar, um rock and roll sobre a liberdade de fazer o que precisa ser feito, um rock and roll com a verdadeira identidade do rock and roll, um rock and roll que mostra o verdadeiro propósito do rock and roll, desculpa a repetição, mas isso é raro atualmente e a atitude e força dessa faixa precisa ser abordado. Uma sonoridade livre e constante, incendeia nossas veias e então faz nossos peitos vibrarem nesse novo hino.

O vídeo foi filmado no Hellbound pela talentosa Claire Marshall e apresenta as incríveis habilidades de dança de Lucy Hood, que deu vida a todos os aspectos da música em uma maravilhosa variedade de emoções, dança e recursos visuais.

The Dream Spiral releases the new single "Redemption" being the first work released this year, an expressive indie rock with a sound that impacts and electrifies those who love quality indie rock.

The Dream Spiral is part of the Brisbane Music Collective, a group of 5 people who release music under different names and genres. In the history of modern music this is the first time and it is even more incredible for the fact that there is only one composer in the group. The Dream Spiral represents the band's indie rock/electronic style inspired by Depeche Mode's 'Songs of Faith and Devotion' era and Massive Attack's 'Blue Lines'.

‘Redemption’ is the first single from The Dream Spiral’s upcoming album. The feel of the song is from the Songs of Faith and Devotion era of Depeche Mode and is about desire and sin and how the insidiousness of religion makes humans feel guilty for feeling pleasure. With striking riffs and beats that resemble samba, this marriage between stoner riffs and light beats is brilliant, it's something that U2 already experimented with in "Achtung Baby" and "Zooropa" in the 90s, a challenging and timeless sound that makes us feel in futuristic rock with an authentic vocal and a performing presence that is breathtaking.

"Redemption" is for those who want to free themselves, a rock and roll about the freedom to do what needs to be done, a rock and roll with the true identity of rock and roll, a rock and roll that shows the true purpose of rock and roll, sorry for the repetition, but this is rare these days and the attitude and strength of this track needs to be addressed. A free and constant sound sets our veins on fire and then makes our chests vibrate in this new anthem.

The video was filmed at Hellbound by the talented Claire Marshall and features the incredible dancing skills of Lucy Hood, who brought every aspect of the song to life in a wonderful array of emotions, dance and visuals.
