NEEB lança novo single "Brighter Day" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o single "Victimless Crime (Reworked By NEEB)".
A parceria da NEEB com a Shy Bairn Records começou no Sessões inaugurais ‘Mobeus Live’ no verão passado. Soprado afastado do set e muito ansioso para se envolver, Ed não perdeu tempo e se aproximou da banda. ‘Brighter Day’ é o primeiro fruto da parceria. Gravado no Bands Mobeus Studio com Tony Waite em tarefas de engenharia e produção.
Em "Brighter Day" a pista é um ritmo alegre e edificante, repleto de vibrações positivas para romper a escuridão do inverno e reafirmar a vida. Facilitando sua entrada com o piano Rhodes, brincando preguiçosamente com o riff. A seção rítmica se junta, com sons semelhantes contenção e fluidez, antes que a música ganhe vida como o a batida começa e os vocais de Jasmine elevam a faixa para um novo alturas.
"Brighter Day" inicia com um som distorcido, no fone de ouvido é uma delícia ouvir esse estilo alucinante que começa com o piano. Logo, entram batidas bem suaves e sutis, nos levando ao que melhor tem dentro de um jazz com groove cativante.
O vocal entra como um backing vocal, ao estilo soul, nos faz sentir a música fluir em nosso corpo e então embarcamos na canção. Com um vocal feminino e outro ao fundo mais remixado como backing vocal e ainda um backing vocal feminino ao fundo fazendo um arranjo, a faixa é para ser sentida e deixá-la correr em nosso corpo com os sons do teclado.
"Brighter Day" tem alternância de ritmos, com um som versátil que nos contagia. A canção gruda rapidamente na cabeça e já estamos de repente com esse groove contagiante na mente e nos faz cantar juntos. Uma delícia ouvir esse jazz moderno e com efeitos sonoros que nos surpreendem.

NEEB releases new single "Brighter Day" being the first work released this year. Previously, the single "Victimless Crime (Reworked By NEEB)" had been released. NEEB's partnership with Shy Bairn Records began at the inaugural 'Mobeus Live' Sessions last summer. Blown away from the set and very eager to get involved, Ed wasted no time in approaching the band. ‘Brighter Day’ is the first fruit of the partnership. Recorded at Bands Mobeus Studio with Tony Waite on engineering and production duties. In "Brighter Day" the track is a joyful and uplifting rhythm, full of positive vibes to break through the winter darkness and reaffirm life. Facilitating his entry with the Rhodes piano, lazily playing with the riff. The rhythm section joins in, with similar sounds of restraint and fluidity, before the song comes to life as the beat kicks in and Jasmine's vocals elevate the track to new heights. "Brighter Day" starts with a distorted sound, on headphones it's a delight to hear this mind-blowing style that starts with the piano. Soon, very soft and subtle beats enter, taking us to the best of jazz with a captivating groove. The vocal comes in as a backing vocal, in a soul style, it makes us feel the music flow through our body and then we embark on the song. With a female vocal and another in the background, more remixed as a backing vocal and a female backing vocal in the background doing an arrangement, the track is meant to be felt and let it flow through our body with the sounds of the keyboard. "Brighter Day" has alternating rhythms, with a versatile sound that infects us. The song quickly sticks in your head and you suddenly have this infectious groove in your head that makes us sing along. It's a delight to hear this modern jazz with sound effects that surprise us.
