Law Abidin Citiz3n lança novo álbum "Scum (Self Centred Urban Male)" com 9 faixas ao estilo Rave eletro pop, com uma sonoridade que nos faz flutuar com beats e um sintetizador que é genial.
LAW ABIDIN CITIZ3N é o projeto rave de hip-hop eletrônico de Levi Oak-Reid, nascido em Londres.
Oak-Reid escreve, grava, executa e produz todas as músicas do projeto. Como banda de turnê, LAW ABIDIN CITIZ3N consiste em uma ampla variedade de artistas, criativos e músicos.
Fundindo a sonoridade dos anos 80 e 90 com melodias pop tensas e produção eletrônica moderna, o álbum de estreia 'SCUM: Self-Centred Urban Male', lançado no final de 2023, apresenta amostragens extremamente criativas, bateria e baixo incríveis e outros recursos eletrônicos brilhantes.
Para iniciar, tem a primeira faixa "Mother Mary" que chega para começar a festa. Com spoken word no começo, os ouvintes sentem uma vibe dos anos 90 com batidas que nos agitam e nos faz balançar em grande estilo. O destaque aqui são as bandas que se assemelham ao samba brasileiro com um sintetizador alucinante ao fundo, uma combinação improvável que nos faz ir para longe. O album começa com tudo.
A segunda canção "Breathe" tem batidas suaves e que são como uma terapia. A canção é como um embarque aos anos 90, com algo do pop da época. Se fosse fazer uma festa de época com o tema anos 90 com certeza essa faixa tinha que ser tocada, já imagino pessoas dançado de forma sincronizada.
"Blue Bloods" é a quinta canção, tem beats mais hip hop, com influências eletro pop, uma canção que rapidamente gruda na cabeça e já estamos cantando juntos. O sintetizador aqui é fantástico nas transições, com uma letra repetitiva, aqui nossa mente gira e então entramos na vibe de festa alucinante.
"Giving Is Good" é a sétima canção, com influência hip hop no começo, com batidas crescentes, um som que vai fluindo em nosso corpo, um backing vocal que faz uma tapeçaria angelical ao fundo, somos levados e balançamos no ritmo da canção. Versátil, entra então um ritmo mais eletrônico que nos faz dançar, a música tem uma mudança de rota que é impressionante e nos surpreende. É um casamento perfeito entre o hip hop com o eletro pop.
A oitava canção "On Top of The World", mais profunda, com com um toque de teclado, batidas crescentes e fortes, um vocal sólido que nos passa muita emoção, é uma faixa que tem um pouco de melancolia, seria, diferente de muitas faixas do album, uma mistura de indie pop e rock, é genial.
Para finalizar, tem a última faixa "Norman Needs Help" uma canção que sem muito spoiler, termina um álbum que consegue fundir o melhor do rave, eletro, pop e hip hop, uma canção que demonstra tudo isso em uma pegada futurista.

Law Abidin Citiz3n releases new album "Scum (Self Centered Urban Male)" with 9 tracks in the Rave electro pop style, with a sound that makes us float with beats and a brilliant synthesizer.
LAW ABIDIN CITIZ3N is the electronic hip-hop rave project of London-born Levi Oak-Reid.
Oak-Reid writes, records, performs and produces all of the project's music. As a touring band, LAW ABIDIN CITIZ3N consists of a wide variety of artists, creatives and musicians.
Fusing the sounds of the 80s and 90s with tense pop melodies and modern electronic production, the debut album 'SCUM: Self-Centred Urban Male', released in late 2023, features wildly creative samples, incredible drums and bass, and other electronic features excerpt.
To begin with, there's the first track "Mother Mary" which arrives to start the party. With spoken word at the beginning, listeners get a 90s vibe with beats that shake us up and make us sway in style.
