Glass Eye lança o novo single "The Crush" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o single "Their Eyes, Our Fist" em 2021 e o álbum "Somewhere, Nowhere" em 2021 também. 

Essa música foi escrita e gravada durante um momento de intenso estresse, ficar totalmente surdo do ouvido devido à doença foi mais do que alarmante, mas conseguir deixar tudo isso de lado e criar esta peça com a banda é brilhante, pelo menos essa é a verdadeira história por trás desse rock intenso e insano, com um clima cinemático e cheio de energia e uma vibe mais dark.

"The crush" chega com riffs marcantes que já nos cativa bastante na introdução, entrando batidas agitadas e fortes, criando uma

 atmosfera rock and roll atemporal, com influências de um estilo mais clássico. O rock d egaragem que faz os ouvintes pegarem fogo por dentro, com um vocal sussurante e que solta a voz em alguns trechos de forma até surpreendente. 

"The Crush" é para fazer barulho e fazer todos cantarem e gritarem juntos nas transições da faixa. "The crush" arrives with striking riffs that already captivate us a lot in the introduction, with agitated and strong beats, creating a timeless rock and roll atmosphere, with influences from a more classic style. Garage rock that makes listeners catch fire inside, with a whispering vocal that releases the voice in some parts in a surprising way.

"The Crush" is about making noise and making everyone sing and scream together during the track's transitions. With a psychedelic atmosphere, our mind becomes a real mess and that angry effect that the track generates infects listeners.
