O ano começou com essa grande notícia para os amantes de indie rock, a banda The Trusted chega com o novo EP 'Lost Soul' com 5 faixas que estão incríveis, provando ser uma banda em constante evolução de sonoridade, composição e uma sensação que TEM QUE EXPLODIR no cenário indie rock, levando suas canções aos diversos festivais ao redor do mundo.

'Lost Soul' é a primeira faixa do EP, para começar com tudo e bem animada, com muita empolgação. Com riffs marcantes, que nos faz vibrar por dentro, as batidas são agitadas e fortes, acelerando nossos corações e nos fazendo pular. O baixo é excelente, ditando o tom da canção. O vocal sólido, grave, sem se importar com a estética ou perfeição, apenas canta para deixar fluir a canção, que explode em um refrão onde nos faz querer cantar juntos, com riffs de guitarra que incendeiam, é extremamente contagiante. As variações, trocas de trechos, transições nos levam para ambientes diferentes, é para nos conquistar logo na primeira faixa, um hino que nos acerta em cheio.
A segunda canção "Marrow" tem um som melódico, suave, mais lento, com um vocal sólido, algo que nos leva aos anos 80. A canção tem uma letra forte profunda, sobre obsessão e amor não correspondido.
Um hino do fundo do coração, para os ouvintes que passam por situação parecida. Somos levados nesse novo indie wave, que tem sintetizador muito bem utilizado, no equilíbrio, som de guitarra que nos eletriza e batidas envolventes." Marrow" nos faz querer cantar juntos. É aquela canção para chamar de sua, para ouvir no fone de ouvido em sua própria companhia, um refrão que gruda facilmente na cabeça e então sentimos a música fluir em nossas veias mas variações de instrumento e ritmo, é genial o novo hino indie rock que Trusted acaba de lançar.
'Doomsday' é a terceira faixa, nos faz lembrar de Arctic Monkeys, com aqueles riffs que são desconcertantes, constantes e deixam a faixa cheia de intensidade. Tem um som indie rock marcante, com guitarra fazendo riffs eletrizantes na introdução, bateria bem forte e o baixo elevando a experiência da atmosfera da canção. Então entra o vocal, leve, suave, nos cativa com sua voz e nos envolve na canção. O refrão chega, a faixa tem uma atmosfera que sobe, a energia nos toma e nos faz querer cantar juntos, um refrão que gruda na cabeça. Após segundo refrão, tem um solo de guitarra genial, arrebatador, que incendeia os ouvintes e provando que o instrumental de The Trusted é um absurdo de bom.
'Gimme Your Devotion' é aquela faixa para ser o rostinho bonito do EP. A quarta canção aquece nossos corações, com uma sonoridade mais suave, um pop rock, com um refrão melódico, algo que soa como violino ao fundo e o vocal que traz falsete para o refrão, nos levando juntos em uma canção que poderia facilmente estar em um filme de romance adolescente.
Sem dar spoiler, a última canção é por sua conta, você precisa ouvir 'Burning The Night', com certeza um hino indie rock, bem profunda e inesquecível. O novo EP mostra a facilidade de The Trusted em fazer canções incríveis, são 5 faixas que são todas excelentes, o que é difícil de ocorrer em geral. Com esse EP, The Trusted não deve nada para as já conhecidas bandas como INHALER, CATFISH AND THE BOTTLEMEN e outras. The Trusted chegam com tudo para representar muito bem o INDIE ROCK.

THE TRUSTED launches new EP 'Lost Soul', being the first work released this year. It's worth remembering that we've already talked about them here on our website with some singles released, including the latest 'Burning The Night' and 'Marrow' last year.
The year started with this great news for indie rock lovers, the band The Trusted arrives with the new EP 'Lost Soul' with 5 incredible tracks, proving to be a band in constant evolution of sound, composition and a feeling that HAS THAT EXPLODED on the indie rock scene, taking their songs to various festivals around the world.
The band defines the EP this way: ""Lost Soul" is our heart and soul in five tracks. The title song is our anthem for the unnoticed, capturing the essence of our shared human struggles".
'Lost Soul' is the first track on the EP, to start with everything and very lively, with a lot of excitement. With striking riffs that make us vibrate inside, the beats are hectic and strong, racing our hearts and making us jump. The bass is excellent, dictating the tone of the song. The solid, serious vocal, without caring about aesthetics or perfection, just sings to let the song flow, which explodes into a chorus where it makes us want to sing together, with guitar riffs that ignite, it's extremely infectious. The variations, changes of sections, transitions take us to different environments, it is to win us over from the first track, an anthem that hits us right in the feels.
The second song "Marrow" has a melodic, soft, slower sound, with a solid vocal, something that takes us back to the 80s. The song has strong, deep lyrics, about obsession and unrequited love.
A hymn from the bottom of my heart, for listeners who go through a similar situation. We are carried away by this new indie wave, which has a very well used synthesizer, in balance, a guitar sound that electrifies us and engaging beats." Marrow" makes us want to sing together. It's that song to call your own, to listen to on headphones in your own company, a chorus that easily sticks in your head and then we feel the music flowing through our veins but variations of instrument and rhythm, the new indie rock anthem that Trusted has just launched.
'Doomsday' is the third track, it reminds us of Arctic Monkeys, with those riffs that are disconcerting, constant and leave the track full of intensity. It has a striking indie rock sound, with the guitar making electrifying riffs in the introduction, very strong drums and the bass elevating the experience of the song's atmosphere. Then the vocal comes in, light, soft, captivates us with his voice and involves us in the song. The chorus arrives, the track has an atmosphere that rises, the energy takes us and makes us want to sing together, a chorus that sticks in your head. After the second chorus, there is a brilliant, sweeping guitar solo that sets listeners on fire and proves that The Trusted's instrumental is absurdly good.
'Gimme Your Devotion' is that track to be the pretty face of the EP. The fourth song warms our hearts, with a softer sound, a pop rock, with a melodic chorus, something that sounds like a violin in the background and the vocal that brings falsetto to the chorus, taking us together in a song that could easily be in a teen romance film.
Without giving spoilers, the last song is up to you, you need to listen to 'Burning The Night', certainly an indie rock anthem, very deep and unforgettable. The new EP shows The Trusted's ease in making incredible songs, there are 5 tracks that are all excellent, which is difficult to happen in general. With this EP, The Trusted owes nothing to well-known bands like INHALER, CATFISH AND THE BOTTLEMEN and others. The Trusted arrive with everything to represent INDIE ROCK very well.
