THE BAY WINDOW PRESS lança o novo EP "P.S. Normal Is Boring" com 2 faixas sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o trabalho "P.S. Am I Dreaming?".
Com um som punk totalmente autêntico e que flui de forma vibrante em nossas veias, somos levados nessa colação de 2 faixas inéditas que THE BAY WINDOW PRESS acaba de lançar. O ar de subversão toma o ambiente, a energia do EP é contagiante, com a performance do vocal fazendo o diferencial, entregando tudo de si, em uma mistura com spoken word e o cantar teatral sem se preocupar com a estética, mas apenas fazendo o que tem que ser feito em um punk rock.
A primeira faixa "Palm Readers" contem batidas marcantes e que controlam nosso coração, com riffs de guitarra que incendeia os ouvintes, fazendo aquela distorção de um punk indie se mantendo constante e colocando uma agitação na música. O vocal canta nessa estrutura sólida que se mantém na melodia. É aquela faixa que faz a gente dar uma volta pelas décadas do punk, indo dos anos 80, passando pelos anos 90 e ainda tem uma modernidade na faixa que a deixa atemporal. Um hino que vai se revelando em seu decorrer, mostrando sua versatilidade após transições que mudam seu ritmo e as mudanças do estilo do vocal, nos conquistando pela performance.
"What Are You Eating?" tem uma melodia que nos leva ao rock que mexe com nosso corpo e nos balança, com uma melodia vibrante nas batidas e um arranjo ao fundo. O vocal é assombroso, como se fosse um robô punk possuído por um erro no sistema, com um remix vocal que é tenebroso e atraente ao mesmo tempo, queremos saber como vai desenrolar a faixa. Com o decorrer, a música cresce, em uma vibe bem forte e marcante que acaba se tornando uma experiência punk bem inovadora, algo que nos faz imaginar o gutural robótico na voz, é genial.

THE BAY WINDOW PRESS releases the new EP "P.S. Normal Is Boring" with 2 tracks being the first work released this year. Previously, the work "P.S. Am I Dreaming?" had been released.
With a totally authentic punk sound that flows vibrantly through our veins, we are taken with this collection of 2 new tracks that THE BAY WINDOW PRESS has just released. The air of subversion takes over the environment, the energy of the EP is contagious, with the vocal performance making the difference, giving everything of itself, in a mix with spoken word and theatrical singing without worrying about aesthetics, but just doing the job. which has to be done in a punk rock way.
The first track "Palm Readers" contains striking beats that control our heart, with guitar riffs that set listeners on fire, creating that distortion of indie punk while remaining constant and putting a stir in the music. The vocal sings in this solid structure that remains in the melody. It's that track that takes us back through the decades of punk, from the 80s to the 90s and there's still a modernity to the track that makes it timeless. An anthem that reveals itself as it progresses, showing its versatility after transitions that change its rhythm and changes in vocal style, winning us over with its performance.
"What Are You Eating?" it has a melody that takes us to rock that moves our body and sways us, with a vibrant melody on the beats and an arrangement in the background. The vocal is haunting, as if it were a punk robot possessed by a system error, with a vocal remix that is dark and attractive at the same time, we want to know how the track will unfold.
