ST. NIKLAS lança o novo EP "Habits of a Complex Mind" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado "A Heart Of Doubt" e "No One Else". O novo trabalho contém 5 faixas que estão incríveis, com uma som synth pop cinemático contagiante, nos conectando fortemente. "Habits of a Complex Mind" chega para ser o terceiro EP lançado por ST. NIKLAS.
O novo EP inicia com a primeira faixa "A Heart of Doubt", para começar com tudo e já fazer um sentido ao nome do EP. Uma mente complexa inclui um coração cheio de dúvidas, a ideia do EP já começa por aqui em uma faixa pop que tem a vibe dos anos 80. "A Heart Of Doubt" traz uma canção romântica, com um início suave, o sintetizador ao fundo ainda introspectivo, o vocal nos cativa, até que entra as batidas e nos envolve completamente. Indo para o refrão, os ouvintes vão querer cantar juntos, em uma pegada que gruda facilmente em nossa cabeça, uma faixa deliciosa, suave, poderia ser trilha sonora de filmes românticos teen, um hino nostálgico nasce. "A Heart of Doubt", todos já passaram por isso, uma canção que tem uma história familiar para os ouvintes, um sintetizador brilhante e que incendeia nossos corações, e um vocal que nos coloca dentro de "A Heart Of Doubt".
A segunda faixa "No One Else" é mais suave, um pop que nos agita em suas batidas que controlam o ritmo da música, com um sintetizador que se destaca apenas em transições mais leves, o vocal canta de forma sólida e é especial por declarar que não quer mais ninguém, uma canção para chamar de sua.
"Comfy" traz um dueto gostoso de ouvir, indie synth pop, com 2 vozes masculina e feminina que se complementam e trazem uma harmonia e uma energia em nossos ouvidos nos fazendo entrar na canção profundamente. "Comfy" tem a parceria de DØSSI, um estilo suave, leve, uma canção que tem batidas que envolvem os ouvintes, o refrão rapidamente gruda na cabeça e nos faz querer cantar juntos. Cativante, o Love song moderno aquece nossos corações, a canção cresce em nosso interior e nos contagia. A melodia muito bem feita, versátil, é doce, com um toque cinemático de filme de romance adolescente, é genial.
A quarta faixa "Okay" nos mergulha em um estilo mais folk, com um toque suave de violão e o vocal que leva a faixa como ele quer. Os ouvintes são levados para outro ambiente, mais versátil, saindo um pouco do dream pop e o synth. ST. Para finalizar tem a quinta faixa "Antidote", com uma pegada dream pop crescente, com batidas que elevam aos poucos o pop progressivo, até chegar em um refrão que explode com sintetizador e um som que parece nos levar aos anos 80, um hino forte e marcante, não tendo uma forma melhor de encerrar um EP com uma faixa que é profunda e nos faz viajar para longe, nos envolvendo completamente no último refrão quee é surpreendente.

NIKLAS traz sua genialidade em fazer um dream pop que ultrapassa as barreiras do gênero e época, tocando em tema como o amor que é atemporal, usando uma melodia que é gostosa de ouvir e fácil de gostar, com refrão que sempre nos faz cantar juntos, não devendo nada a grandes nomes da música como The Killers.

ST. NIKLAS launches the new EP "Habits of a Complex Mind" being the first work released this year. Previously, "A Heart Of Doubt" and "No One Else" had been released. The new work contains 5 tracks that are incredible, with an infectious cinematic synth pop sound, connecting us strongly. "Habits of a Complex Mind" arrives to be the third EP released by ST. NIKLAS.
The new EP starts with the first track "A Heart of Doubt", to start with everything and make sense of the name of the EP. A complex mind includes a heart full of doubts, the idea for the EP starts here in a pop track that has an 80s vibe. "A Heart Of Doubt" features a romantic song, with a soft beginning, the synthesizer in the background Still introspective, the vocal captivates us, until the beats come in and completely envelop us. Going to the chorus, listeners will want to sing along, in a groove that easily sticks in our heads, a delicious, soft track, could be the soundtrack for romantic teen films, a nostalgic anthem is born.
