O novo trabalho de Abrasive Trees é um presente aos seus fãs e também aos que desejam conhecer a banda, são aproximadamente 20 minutos de um material lindo, bem elaborado e cheio de criatividade.
Ver o quinteto tocando as músicas é uma delícia, ao vivo vemos o quanto eles são talentosos, instrumental perfeitamente bem tocado, muita energia e paixão ao entregar as canções com carinho e muita intensidade aos espectadores desse trabalho poderoso.
O quinteto, que inclui Matthew Rochford e Ben Roberts, do projeto Bella Union Silver Moth, trabalhou com uma equipe de profissionais locais e o produtor Pete Fletcher da Ilha de Lewis para produzir o vídeo de 20 minutos que apresenta duas faixas inéditas 'Star Sapphire' e 'Tao to earth'.
Além da nova música, há também uma versão ao vivo de ‘Kali Sends Sunflowers’ lançada anteriormente, também contamos nesse lindo video con um material de entrevista – guiado pelo jornalista musical Andy Hill.

Post-rock/post-punk band Abrasive Trees have announced the premiere of their latest offering, ‘Mill Session’ – a short film featuring new music, interview material and fascinating visual art, all filmed in an old mill Abrasive Trees' new work is a gift to their fans and also to those who want to get to know the band, it is approximately 20 minutes of beautiful material, well prepared and full of creativity. Seeing the quintet playing the songs is a delight, live we see how talented they are, perfectly well played instruments, a lot of energy and passion when delivering the songs with care and a lot of intensity to the spectators of this powerful work. The quintet, which includes Matthew Rochford and Ben Roberts from the Bella Union Silver Moth project, worked with a team of local professionals and Isle of Lewis producer Pete Fletcher to produce the 20-minute video which features two previously unreleased tracks 'Star Sapphire' and 'Tao to earth'. In addition to the new song, there is also a live version of 'Kali Sends Sunflowers' previously released, which we also feature in this beautiful video with interview material - guided by music journalist Andy Hill. We can feel each track, watching this work is like seeing Abrasive Trees playing in our own living room, along with the interview, we feel intimate with the band, we are sucked in by their talent and we live a delicious and unique musical experience. This video is very important for the group and for anyone who follows the guys' work, it's lively, vibrant, full of personality, it's magnificent and well worth checking out, a true gift.
