The Cookie Jar Complot lança novo EP "Lobster Knife Fight" sendo o quinto trabalho lançado nesse ano.
Antes, havia sido lançado alguns singles que fazem parte do EP. Você pode conferir aqui "Tilidin Zidane", "Cookies" e o EP "Caviar Capital".
O novo EP chega com 8 faixas, em um post rock e math rock que nos faz vibrar. A primeira faixa "Beaver Deceiver" tem uma pegada frenética. No começo, tem um som mais hipnótico, algo que nos faz flutuar. Então, entram as batidas fortes e riffs de guitarra que são desconcertantes. Para quem ama um solo de guitarra, no decorrer a música incendeia nossos corações.
A segunda canção "Cicadas" tem uma introdução com riffs meio eletro rock. Depois, entram batidas agitadas e uma melodia versátil, com a guitarra nos arrebatando. Um rock and roll de qualidade, bem impactante, com uma pegada math rock, alucinante.
A quarta canção "Birds are a Lie" tem um único mais lento, com a guitarra fazendo riffs suaves. As batidas crescem bastante e então a música nos envolve facilmente, com o aumento do solo de guitarra que é vibrante. Uma canção que tem uma variação fascinante, uma aventura que é delirante em um rock and roll autêntico e cheio de energia.
"Tilidin Zidane" é uma homenagem a lenda Zinedine Zidane, um show entre rock and roll e futebol, para quem ama, uma mistura dos 2 com um som forte e que nos motiva, uma completamente vibrante.

Para finalizar, tem a última canção "LLTAOS", sem muito spoiler, uma canção mais lenta, nos faz conectar profundamente e então ficamos dispersos na atmosfera.

The Cookie Jar Complot releases new EP "Lobster Knife Fight" being the fifth work released this year. Previously, some singles that were part of the EP had been released. You can check out "Tilidin Zidane", "Cookies" and the EP "Caviar Capital" here. The new EP arrives with 8 tracks, in a post rock and math rock that makes us vibrate. The first track "Beaver Deceiver" has a frenetic feel. In the beginning, it has a more hypnotic sound, something that makes us float. Then come the strong beats and guitar riffs that are disconcerting. For those who love a guitar solo, the song sets our hearts on fire throughout. The second song "Cicadas" has an introduction with electro rock riffs. Then, agitated beats and a versatile melody come in, with the guitar taking us by storm. Quality rock and roll, very impactful, with a mind-blowing math rock feel. The fourth song "Birds are a Lie" has a slower single, with the guitar making soft riffs. The beats grow a lot and then the song involves us easily, with the guitar solo increasing, which is vibrant. A song that has a fascinating variation, an adventure that is delirious in an authentic and energetic rock and roll. "Tilidin Zidane" is a tribute to the legend Zinedine Zidane, a show between rock and roll and football, for those who love it, a mix of the two with a strong sound that motivates us, a completely vibrant one. "Pigeon Slayer" is the sixth song, a short, transitional track that makes us relax and float, allows us to go far away and explore environments to the wonderful sound of the soft riffs.
